3ware & SNMP чтобы никто не обнадеживался

После безуспешных попыток заставить работать SNMP для контроллера 3WARE  9650SE и почти месяца долбежки в их support получили ответ типа "мы такие глупые, что не можем сделать поддержку SNMP для наших контроллеров"

Its look like AmccRaidSnmpAgent.dll started, but cannot get information from controller. I could not find any agent logs. How must I configure controller or\and soft for correct working?

     Hello Andrey,

I am performing some testing on our SNMP Agent to see if there are problems with it. Testing will probably take a couple of days to complete.

     Several bugs were found in the code and it's currently being investigated by our QA team. I suspect that they will confirm my findings and pass it to our software engineering team to look into. Unfortunately, an eta for a more mature version of the code isn't known at this time.

Люди признали наличие бага, сообщили об этом группе разработчиков. Когда будет новая версия без этих багов они сказать не могут. Про глупость или умность нет ни слова.

мой выпад может и не совсем корректный, но обусловлен 2я факторами:
- Последний релиз SNMP агента August 28, 2006. За полтора года не выйти на работоспособную версию это сильно.
- чтобы написать такой ответ потребовался месяц. Тоже показатель.
Зол я, вот и ругаюсь  :evil:
